Forestry Services

FOREST AND WILDLIFE MANAGMENT
The Allegan Conservation District provides information, educational programs, technical assistance, and referrals to all residents, community groups, and government agencies within Allegan County. Due to lack of state funding, some of these services are now available on a limited basis for a fee. Fees will be assessed for site visits, public speaking requests and plan development. In office and phone consultations will remain free of charge. Contact the Allegan Conservation District for more information about current fees or to schedule a site visit. Forestry assistance is also available in Allegan County from private consulting forester. See referral list in download section.
