This program is designed to provide field crop and livestock producers with practical
and proven methods for reducing soil erosion. Presenters from MSU Extension and
the USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service will discuss all the available optionsfor reducing and repairing soil erosion. Participants will also have the opportunity tolearn from a panel of farmers that have implemented and fine-tuned various soil conservation practices including cover crops and no-till corn.
The registration fee for this program is $15.00 per person. This includes lunch and materials. The Allegan County Farm Bureau will pay the registration fee for the first 25 Allegan County farmers to register. Registration Deadline: Friday, February 19th, 2010.

Turn east on 124th Avenue and proceed for about
three miles to 122nd Avenue. Turn east on 122nd
